Description

Now is the time to focus on your self-care! My relaxation classes allow you to escape the stresses and strains of everyday life. Come early and enjoy mindfulness colouring or just taking the time to lie down or sit and relax. I will then take you on a relaxation journey.
Mats will be provided but please bring your own blankets and cushions as it can get chilly and it’s important that you are comfortable.
The class takes place 7.40-8.30 pm at Dorking Rugby Club, Kiln Lane, Brockham
Cost- £12 per session or a 4-session package £40
