Location: Wentworth Primary School, Maldon, Essex
When: Ever Wednesday at 7pm and 8.15pm
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant up to (and beyond) your due date, subject to clearance to exercise being obtained from your lead pregnancy healthcare physician
