Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable from 14wks right up to 40+ weeks and are a wonderful way to connect with other expectant mothers whilst enjoying movement and breathing in a safe and nurturing environment. Each class is lovingly created to help with the most common pregnancy aches and pains whilst providing valuable breathing techniques to use throughout your pregnancy and birth.
Mummy and Baby yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks old to fast crawlers. Focusing on nurturing the post natal recovery for mummy, whilst incorporating songs, sensory aspects and gentle movement for baby.
Postnatally a woman can face many new emotional and physical challenges. Yoga gives you permission to rest and reconnect with yourself, your emotions and the breath; it helps build strength and stamina; aids relaxation. Classes will focus on the most common postnatal concerns such as pelvic floor, reconnecting to the core, strengthening the lower back, stabilizing the pelvis after pregnancy and releasing tension in the neck & shoulders and back
Baby will also be entertained by incorporating singing, gentle movement and sensory items.
