Description
Please note there is no class on June 6.
This class focuses on you and is a relaxed space where you can feed or change baby right where you're at, or just rest! I'll be there to cheer up babies and guide you through a sequence that aims to rebalance your body after pregnancy and birth. We'll focus on all around core strength, but also create space through strengthing and stretching the body in all the most helpful areas. My aim is for you to have a space where you can connect to your breath and body in community, and leave feeling more restored and relaxed.
