LOVE STORY BIRTH - PREGNANCY/POSTNATAL YOGA & HYPNOBIRTHING

Welcoming mothers to a restorative prenatal yoga class, supporting them to connect with their body and baby. Nourishing relaxations, breathing techniques and gentle yet effective movements will guide mother and baby throughout pregnancy, labour and birth.

We invite expectant individuals to join our nurturing prenatal yoga class, designed to offer a tranquil space for bonding with your body and your baby.

These free pregnancy yoga sessions are proudly sponsored by the Royal London Hospital NHS Maternity Department, and are exclusively available to patients who have registered their pregnancy with Royal London Hospital. We convene every Monday from 12:15 to 13:15, with alternating sessions of prenatal yoga and mindfulness classes. We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment for your convenience.

Please inform the reception at Whitechapel Sports Centre that you're enrolled in the class. Do remember to bring your NHS or Hospital number for the class register.
