LOVE STORY BIRTH - PREGNANCY/POSTNATAL YOGA & HYPNOBIRTHING

Join us weekly for prenatal yoga and mindfulness classes to build strength, maintain mobility and practice deep relaxation through breathwork and other mindfulness techniques. All* are welcome and will be supported in these nurturing classes that offer you a tranquil space to connect with your body and baby. Nourishing relaxations, breathing techniques and mindful movements will guide you and baby throughout pregnancy, labour and birth.

*These free pregnancy yoga sessions are proudly sponsored by the Royal London Hospital NHS Maternity Department and are exclusively available to patients who have registered their pregnancy with Royal London Hospital. We meet every Monday from 12:15 to 13:15, with alternating sessions of prenatal yoga and mindfulness classes. We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment for your convenience.

Please inform the reception at Whitechapel Sports Centre that you're enrolled in the class. Do remember to bring your NHS or Hospital number for the class register.
