Description

I don’t run courses, just drop in sessions to try and make it easy and affordable. Your first class is FREE and then you can purchase 4 for £24 to be used non consecutively or you can buy a one off session for £7.50.

I have my own studio right near the city centre so its easily accessible to all. I am based on the ground floor of the Oldknows Factory NG3 4GN.

I have 3 classes per week and they all finish with the ultimate relaxation of the hanging silks for you and your baby.
