LOVEBUG BABIES

A fun introduction to yoga for babies, Yoga/Play is a baby yoga class with a difference. With a focus on fun and playfulness, routines are designed with more than just stretching in mind, and are as likely to make your little one smile as they are to help them nap after class.

Each session starts with a familiar warm up, before moving on to a guided yoga sequence for baby, followed by moving around the room with babe in arms (light exercise such as lunges involved!) as they explore their environment and work on their social skills. There’s play, there’s bubbles, there’s bonding…

…And then (the best bit) there’s tea and biscuits!

Yoga/Play is a great follow on class to both the 5 week course and Massage & More, and can be done as a standalone class, too.
