Description
We offer something slightly different to traditional antenatal classes in that we guve you all the information so that you can make an informed choice regardless of what happens during your birth and postnatal period. We also feel that having your partner or birth partner with you at the classes give you both the opportunity to learn together. There are 6 sessions in the course covering all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period. We also have taster sessions of pregnancy yoga and mini first aid.
