Suitable from Birth to 5 months and is a 5 week course. 👶🏼 Have you recently welcomed a new baby or is your baby due soon? 🤰Are you ready to get out of the house and meet other like-minded mums and make new mummy friends? 🧠 Do you want to learn how to promote your baby's development? 🍼 Looking for something fun to do with your little one and learn new skills this year? If yes then our Step 1 Baby Foundation Course could be for you! The Step 1 baby foundation courses are held at: 👣 Farnham, Wrecclesham community centre 👣 Normandy village hall There is plenty of free parking and baby changing facilities ============================================ During the 5 week course you will learn the following: 💆🏻‍♀️ Baby Massage A full body baby massage, including techniques to help relax your baby, promote deeper, longer periods of sleep, and relieve symptoms of colic and aid digestion. All delivered by a certified infant massage instructor. ⛑ Paediatric First Aid An hour long session including how to administer CPR on a baby under 12 months old, choking and how to deal with breathing issues. 🧘‍♀️ Baby Yoga You will learn a variety of different yoga poses and stretches. Baby yoga helps to promote strength, muscle tone, spatial awareness, relaxation, balance and co-ordination. 👶🏼 Tummy Time Techniques Learn ways to make tummy time more fun and engaging. 🌈 Sensory Play Stimulate your baby’s senses at our baby disco! There will be lights, music, movement and bubbles, all designed to promote sensory development in your baby. 🎓 At the end of the course we celebrate with a baby graduation. ⭐️ You will also receive a LullaBaby Tote bag containing a course guide and baby massage oil ⭐️
