Description

Move breath and relax to support your post natal journey! Ease aches and pains, meet other mums, rebuild your strength safely. Baby comes along too so some baby massage and baby yoga also included!

The Annex is along the side of the building, follow the path next to the big noticeboard. All is welcome - feeding (boobs or bottles), crying (baby or you!), sleeps, comforting, nappies. There's space for buggies in the room/corridor and a big free carpark.
