Description

Move breath and relax to support your post natal journey! Ease aches and pains, meet other mums, rebuild your strength safely. Baby comes along too so some baby massage and baby yoga also included!

A specialist post-natal class with baby by your side. Come along to practice breath work and movements that will help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength safely, ease your post natal aches and pains and find some space to relax. Sessions focus on Mums but include baby yoga and massage as needed.
