MAMA GLOW

In the 60 minute class, we begin with some gentle baby yoga stretches, giving your little one a head start on their balance, coordination and motor skills. We then move into Mama yoga, using fun and creative ways to practice classic yoga postures together with your baby, building strength and finding restoration for the postnatal body as well as providing stimulation and socialisation for babies. Class includes time for tea and biscuits at the end to help you create those all important mum bonds. Designed for babies who can hold their heads up without support.
