Description
Time for you to reconnect with yourself and restore your energy.
Join us in the quiet sanctuary of the Eastcote Stables Barn, away from the demands of outside life, so you can pause and turn your attention inwards and focus on you. Three hours to tune into your needs, listen to your body and soothe your nervous system through yoga, guided meditation and the restful sounds of a gong bath. A nourishing herbal tea and plant-based snacks are included during our break.
Mamas without their babies for this class, running from 2-5pm.
Please bring a yoga mat, some cosy layers and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided.
