Mama & Me Workout Class – Move your body, bond with your baby, and meet other mums!
This is not your average fitness class – it’s a space created just for mums like you. Whether you’re newly postpartum or chasing after a toddler, the Mama & Me Workout Class is designed to help you feel strong, energised, and connected – both to your body and to a supportive community of other mums.
What to expect:
This 45-minute class blends low-impact strength training, functional movement, and energising circuits that are safe and effective for the postnatal body. Every move is tailored to suit your fitness level – whether you’re returning to exercise after birth or just want to get a good sweat in with your little one by your side.
Babies, toddlers, and young children are welcome – bring a play mat, toys, or snacks, and they can stay close while you focus on you (with plenty of cuddles in between if needed!).
You’ll leave feeling:
