MAMA'S CIRCLE

🌿 Mum and Baby Wellbeing Class in an indoor venue 🌿

This is a gentle, nurturing space for you to bond with your baby, reconnect with yourself, and connect with other mums in a supportive and calming environment.

Each session will include:

Time for sharing and building connections ✨ Mindful breathwork, grounding and meditation👶Gentle movement while babywearing ✍️ Journaling🌿Nature-based creative activity 🍵 A relaxing tea to close the session

🌿This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, share your journey, and be held in a safe, heart-centered space.🌿

👶🏼 Suitable for newborns up to actively moving.

Babies that are on the move are welcome if they are happy to sit with you and you are happy to monitor them throughout the session.

There are the options for pay as you go or you can save by booking a block.

👩‍🍼Please bring a carrier or sling with you for the babywearing part of the session. I do have a range of carriers that you are very welcome to try out or borrow for the session.

Space at the venue is limited so please arrive with baby in a carrier where possible.
