ME&BABY DANCE

A dance and movement workshop for the whole family. Babies, toddlers and under 5s participate together with their parents and carers.

Enjoy dancing and moving together. Try games to take home. Meet other families in a relaxed and social space.

In this workshop, we'll find playful ways of dancing together as a family and as a larger group. No previous dance experience needed, and the children are free to join in their own way. Expect a mixture of dance games, child led play, and group dances.

This workshop is led by Sarah-Jane who, like all facilitators of Me&Baby Dance, is a qualified dance therapist and a parent.
