Description

Join us to give yourself time and space to prepare for a confident and proactive return to work. Mentor Mums has teamed up with The Movement Studio to tackle issues like impostor syndrome, managing the juggle, or communication, combining this mental exercise with a full Pilates workshop that will reconnect you with your body and breath, leaving you feeling calmer and more centred.

You'll also get the chance to meet other returning parents and sign up for a return to work mentor who will offer six sessions of support during your first six months back.

Workshop lasts 2.5 hours. Refreshments included.
We regret that children are not permitted to attend this workshop.

This is a friendly space for mums soon to return or who have just returned to work. We'll help you explore your fears and challenges, whilst also celebrating your parenting journey so far.

The session will include classic Pilates to help you centre yourself, whilst also offering practical guidance on returning to work mindfully and proactively.
