What’s Messy Stories?

Designed for little explorers to express themselves and have fun, this class is all about getting messy!

Each session will be themed around a well-loved children’s storybook. Be prepared to make Gruffalo crumble, green eggs and ham, food for the Tiger who came to Tea and much much more! Edible sensory materials will be used for bubbas who like to eat everything in sight 😂.

I want to foster a sense of community amongst parents and carers, so this will also be a time for adults to chat and hang out. Tea and snacks will be provided.

After we’ve all had a good play, there will be a song and story time led by me, Zainab.

A Bit About Me

My name is Zainab and I’m a local nanny in South London. I would love for more things in the school holidays! Which is why I feel there’s a need for this.

I'm also a qualified Early Years Teacher, children’s author and illustrator and a bit of a big kid myself! I love messy play and how creative it is and wanted to fuse that with my love of stories and seeing the impact they have on little ones. I believe it takes a village with kids - which is why I’m so grateful for all of these groups.
