My complete one-day hypnobirthing and antenatal course teaches you and your birth partner everything you need to know, to feel confident and completely prepared, for whichever path you birth may take. With a maximum of 3 couples, it gives you the opportunity to meet other expectant parents from our local area, whilst keeping the course personal and allowing me to support you effectively with time to answer your questions.
