Did you know that practicing Mindfulness is so good for our health and wellbeing. By learning to stay in the present we are lessening the anxieties and fears that we think the future holds for us.
This session is exploring how we do have the ability to let go of our fears and free ourselves. We have been overloaded with fear these past few months. Is it time to stop letting fear pull us under.
Practicing calm breath helps our body to regulate itself properly and visualisation can change chemicals in our body, allowing our immune systems to be strengthened.
Why not come along to this relaxed informal session, with a cuppa and a pillow. Its a chance to connect to other Mums and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.
