Diversity Matters Wellbeing Group - Tune into Motherhood
Motherhood is extraordinary – and exhausting. If you're feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone.
These groups are about recognising that motherhood is hard and that looking after our wellbeing is just as important as our physical health.
Join this free 5-week group for mothers and birthing people from the global majority with babies aged 0-12 months. Connect with others with shared, lived experience and explore fun, creative ways to express yourself and lighten the motherload.
Discover how music can support your wellbeing in this unique group held in a beautiful Grade II listed building.
Together we'll explore how rhythm, sound, and melody can offer moments of connection, calm, and joy during the intensity of early motherhood. No musical experience needed – just bring yourself and your baby.
