Description
Mindful Mums offers supportive, five-week courses for pregnant women and new mums. All of our groups are led by trained volunteers who have their own personal experience of managing the challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood. The sessions offer an opportunity to connect with other local pregnant women and new mums with similar experiences and learn tips and techniques for looking after your wellbeing.
All Mindful Mums courses are completely free; however, registration is required.
Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich residents only (mums of babies 0 to 12 months old).
