Mini Folk Presents: Afternoon Concert & Craft Session
A warm and creative gathering for toddlers, parents, carers – and anyone who loves music and making things.
We invite you and your little ones to The Old Church Stoke Newington for a cosy afternoon concert led by Scottish singer-songwriter Adam Beattie ft some of London's finest musicians as guests, alongside a hands-on spring craft table hosted by Mini Folk organiser Dila V.
Craft Time:
Celebrate the season with spring-themed animal portraits using leaves, natural textures, and sparkles. There will also be plenty of playful craft materials for open, sensory creativity.
About the Music:
Adam Beattie is a celebrated voice on the London music scene. A Scottish guitarist and songwriter active since 2003, he has released five albums and performed widely across the UK and Europe. His music draws from Scottish folk traditions, old-time jazz, blues and storytelling songwriting, carried by his warm, distinctive voice.
Expect rich vocal storytelling, gentle grooves, toe-tapping tunes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that grown-ups can really enjoy, while the kids dance, wriggle, draw, lie on the floor, or simply take it all in.
