✨Designed For YOU

Days with a mini one can be long and hard to fill! Our relaxed performances offer something to enjoy in your own right - designed to be as close to a typical gig as possible - yet with your baby or child welcome too.

✨Session Details

We perform in the cosy theatre room at Pickled Pepper Books, under fairy-light twinkles and beautiful stage lighting. Sets vary between solo and group performances, with singing and at least one live instrument such as guitar, piano, saxophone, violin. We have regular "house" performers (including Esme who runs the show) and we also host top quality guest artists. Sets are often themed and can feature Pop, Folk, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Country... with familiar hits plus lesser-known gems and originals. We love a singalong too (optional)!

👶All Ages Welcome

This may work best with pre-crawlers or older toddlers, but there's no age limit as every child is different. Some moving around and hubbub is expected (and standing, feeding, coming in and out is all welcome), but as the room isn't huge it could be tricky to enjoy if your child is at a particularly busy stage. Likewise if they are needing lots of direct engagement, as we don't do kids' songs (but, they often LOVE the music). Some bits and bobs are provided for play such as sensory scarves, books, clean things to chew! The room is enclosed with a little gate, which can be handy with mobile babes.
