MINI ME TIME BURY AND RAMSBOTTOM

Come along and enjoy a relaxed, blissful session that includes baby massage, yoga, props and instrument songs, and the opportunity to chat over a brew.

The session will include -

Learning fun yoga-based movements and the benefits for your little ones; joined together into sequences and put to songs.

Using props and instruments to encourage your baby explore the world around them.

A brew and a chat with the other mums and Claire, your Mini Me Time Instructor and qualified breastfeeding peer supporter, giving you the chance to make friends and seek advice.

Learning simple but effective massage strokes and the benefits of these strokes to both you and your baby helping to send baby off to sleep (oil, towels, mats and blankets will be provided).

Relaxation time with lights and bubbles

Leaving you both in a state of absolute bliss
