Our Pregnancy classes combine the best of Pilates and Advanced Pregnancy Core Fitness techniques to bring you a fabulous mix of releases, strengthening exercises and birth preparation.

This lovely dynamic class helps to prepare the body physically for a physiological birth and encourage a quicker recovery post-birth. We use breathing techniques for optimal core function, strengthening, stretching & releasing to address postural changes to keep you comfortable, strong, moving well and relaxed throughout the trimesters.
