Strong BBB's (Strong Bodies, Brains & Bonds)

Movement Classes designed to get both parents and children active together. Using a range of equipment, vestibular exercises, motor skills and play. Think, balancing, jumping, dancing, swinging, hanging and squeezing, and primary based PE activities that you can enjoy TOGETHER.

The activities are designed so that neither of you have to compromise on your ability to get active, in fact its a great way to build strong bodies, develop growing brains, and enhance confidence through connection.

A welcoming space to enjoy some chatter and a cuppa before and after class too!

Suitable for children age 2-5.

First session is FREE

£7 block booking via BACS, or £8.50 PAYG individual classes.

Held at Blunham Village Hall

Friday 10.30am-11.15am

Term time only.

Bring comfy clothes and water and be prepared to get stuck in.
And as Mix Move & Dance is all about connecting community, so long as I am in the building you are welcome to arrive before or stay after your classes for a cup of tea/coffee and meet other families.
