We teach breathing techniques and movements that can help manage the physical changes you’re experiencing and prepare you for labour. Our classes can help you stay healthy, be flexible and make you feel strong and calm. This class is for all levels of experience but we encourage you to rest in your first trimester and join our classes after your 12 week scan.
