This 45-minute class uses weights in a fun, circuit-style format to target all the key postnatal areas—think glutes, core, arms, and posture. It’s resistance training with real results, built to help you rebuild strength safely and effectively.
Bring your baby along—they’ll chill on the mat or soak up the action while you do something just for you.
This class is more intense than our other MOOCH sessions, so we recommend it once you're feeling a bit more recovered post-birth or have built up a base level of strength.
Easy pram access, free parking on site. Space for baby and toddlers to play.
