MOOCH Mat Pilates is a gentle but powerful postnatal session focused on core strength, pelvic floor connection, mobility, and posture—everything your body needs after pregnancy and birth. Pregnant ladies welcome too!

Expect low-impact movement that works deep—helping you feel more aligned, more supported, and more in tune with your body.

Babies are welcome, and they’ll be by your side on the mat while you take 45 minutes to focus on you.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or coming back to it, this class is a brilliant way to reconnect with your body and build real strength, the smart way.
