Our Yoga for Mum and Baby classes incorporate BOTH baby yoga AND postnatal yoga for you to ensure you both leave feeling refreshed, revived and relaxed!

Our classes are friendly, down-to-earth and non-judgemental. We also have cake 😉😂

This is more than just a yoga class. It offers the opportunity:
