MORABE RURAL MUSIC

A 10-week programme of singing for pregnant women and new mums with babies under 1 year, who are experiencing, anxiety, depression or isolation.

No session on 17th Feb (half-term break)

TIME: 10am - 11.30am

Singing has been shown to improve mood, strengthen the mother–baby bond and reduce stress.

Singing Mamas is a warm, welcoming group where you and your baby can meet new friends and enjoy simple, beautiful songs together - with no sheet music, auditions or musical experience needed.

The group is recommended by GPs, health visitors and midwives, and thanks to our generous funders, all places are fully subsidised, making the course completely free to attend. Drinks and snacks are included.
