The perfect Father's Day present... Dads get to learn the beneficial skill of baby massage, attend a baby class with their little one, bond one-on-one, create precious memories, and connect with other local dads.

Our weekend workshops for dads were the first of their kind in London (and perhaps further afield), and we are proud to have taught the empowering skill of baby massage to so many dads to date. We firmly believe there should be more out there for dads and their babies, and we are slowly changing the 'norm' one workshop at a time.

Details: Sat 8th June/11-12.30/Flat 1 Buchanan House, Wood St E17 3GS/£33 (5 mins from Wood Street Station and free parking nearby)

Due to the length of the workshop, it is recommended that the babies are at least 2 months old before attending. If they have been to our baby massage courses before, even better!

This workshop will: Slowly teach the full baby massage routine (chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, back, face, and head)

Teach proven techniques to help with babies' overall development.
Teach how to remedy common ailments in babies; such as colic, trapped wind, constipation, and teething pain.

Promote relaxation between dads and their babies, creating precious moments, memories and bonding.

Provide each attendee with safety guidelines before the workshop (including advice on oils) and a handy handout with images and clear instructions so you can continue massaging your baby at home.

All equipment is included.

Please bring your blanket and your baby's favourite toy.

(Note for mums: if you are breastfeeding, or want to be close by, this is completely fine! Please feel free to stay close by/be on call. We have mums pop in to feed, etc., all the time. We do hope you are able to enjoy some much-deserved downtime too!) Any questions - just pop me an email.
