Come and join our 5 star Google rated baby massage courses, held across lush venues across East London.

Our courses will:
Teach you the full baby massage routine (chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, back, face and head), building slowly week on week until our babies experience a full head to toe massage.

Teach proven techniques to help with your baby’s overall development.

Support you to learn how to remedy common ailments in babies; such as colic, trapped wind, constipation and teething pain.

Share insider “tricks of the trade”, such as which massage moves are best for soothing and encouraging your baby to relax, promoting better sleep/nap cycles.

Promote relaxation for you and your baby, allowing you to bond with your baby in the most wonderful way.

Provide a space for parents to meet and connect.

Parents are invited to do some gentle intention-setting and calming breath work at the start of each class- as we believe in putting mothers' needs at the forefront.

Our locations have been handpicked with our parents and babies in mind. Why not take a stroll after the class has finished and check out the local coffee shops, restaurants and independent stores.

Please note: We recommend that babies are over 4-6 weeks old before beginning baby massage and is suitable until baby is on the move (crawling off the mat); anytime in between these ages/stages are perfect to join :)
