Come and join our 5 star Google rated baby massage courses, held across lush venues across East London.

Suitable from birth up to when baby is beginning to crawl off the mat.

Our courses will:
- Teach you the full baby massage routine (chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, back, face and head), building slowly week on week until our babies experience a full head to toe massage.

-Teach proven techniques to help with your baby’s overall development.

-Support you to learn how to remedy common ailments in babies; such as colic, trapped wind, constipation and teething pain.

-Incorporate Baby Yoga into classes and massage routine, supporting with overall development.

- Promote relaxation for you and your baby, allowing you to bond with your baby in the most wonderful way.

-Provide a space for parents to meet and connect.

What’s included/what to bring:
• 4 weeks of face-to-face teaching
• An email sent out before with advice on which oils to buy and how to prepare for the course.
• A handy visual handout is provided so you can practice at home
