Led by Maru, a certified Infant Massage and Aware Parenting Instructor, join us for a 5-week baby massage course in Nunhead, South London that celebrates the power of nurturing touch.

These sessions combine the soothing practice of baby massage with guidance rooted in years of experience supporting parents and babies. More than just a class, this is a place to slow down, listen deeply to your baby, and gain tools and insights that can bring more ease and confidence to everyday parenting.

Designed for parents with babies from birth to 12 months, the course helps you:

• Deepen your connection through gentle massage.
• Understand your baby’s unique cues around sleep, crying, and comfort.
• Enjoy the many benefits of skin-to-skin contact for both you and your baby.

What’s included:

• 🌿 Cold-pressed massage oil, gentle on delicate baby skin.
• 🍰 Refreshments each week: cake, fruit, and herbal tea.
• 📖 A comprehensive booklet to support massage at home.

More than massage: Learn massage strokes and gain insight into sleep, crying, and stress through my specialism in Aware Parenting.

Small, welcoming groups: Relaxed sessions where you and your baby can feel at ease, while connecting with other parents nearby.

• Location: Mica Yoga, Nunhead, SE15 2AS (easy to reach from Peckham, Brockley, East Dulwich)
• Time: Mondays, 11:00 – 12:15 PM

Each session includes practical massage techniques as well as time for discussion, creating space for parents to share, feel heard, and learn in a non-judgemental environment. Whether you’re looking for quality bonding time, a soothing activity for you and your baby, or simply a supportive place to connect with other parents, this course is for you.
