MOTHER YOUR WAY

his is a unique birth prep course which combines yoga and hypnobirthing to deliver a complete package to physically and mentally prepare you for birth.

Most trainers only offer hypnobirthing, or yoga - this course covers both, saving you time and money. Hosted in Shipley, at the Kirkgate centre, which is easily accessed by train or car from Leeds, Bradford, Bingley, Guiseley, Ilkley and beyond.

This group course is made up one day long session with a follow up 30 min Zoom call. Look at my ‘Book Now’ page to find out more about dates and the type of course on offer.

We cover all things birth - including hypnobirthing practices, pain relief, what happens during birth, your choices, setting up your birth room and so much more. There will be specific sections on how to prepare for a planned or unplanned C-section.

I also lead a prenatal yoga section of the course (which your partner is welcome to join if they wish), which focuses on poses to help strengthen and relax your mind and body, develop pelvic floor awareness, and practice helpful positions for an active labour.

A short relaxation and visualisation session also forms part of each class.

And you get free access to my online prenatal yoga club, giving you unlimited access to yoga videos to use anytime!

There’s plenty of time for group discussion. Groups are between 1 and 5 pregnant people and their birth partners, so classes are kept small and friendly.

Mother Your Way also offers local meet ups so you can continue to meet other like-minded parents.
