MOTHERS JOURNEY

Looking for help learning to carry your new baby? Look no further.

If you have a baby 0-6 months old (or one on the way), and want to get started using slings or carriers, this workshop is for you.

In this practical and hands-on (and ultimately, hands-free!) session, we’ll cover:

• Safety essentials
• Comfort and ergonomics
• How to choose a sling or carrier
• How to use a stretchy wrap
• How to use a new born-friendly buckled carrier

All the basics to get you started with carrying your baby, safely, comfortably and confidently.

We’ll have weighted dolls on hand for practice, and the session is led by a qualified and experienced babywearing consultant. If you like what you try out, you’ll have the chance to hire a sling and take it home with you on the day, and we’ll also send you a follow-up email with discount codes from lovely UK-based retailers, as well as useful links and "how-tos."

You’ll also get to meet other new parents / parents-to-be, and can linger over lunch or coffee at our lush venue, Spinach Crystal Palace.
