This is a group to support your feeding journey and learn tips for Massage for you and your baby.

A calm space to feed and bond with confidence, because we know a relaxed Baby feeds better and so do you.

Join Leonie from Mothers Journey (formally known as Your Neighbourhood Midwives) and Ros from Marvelous Me Massage. Both are professionals with a variety of specialised skills.

Leonie is a midwife IBCLC) and tongue tie specialist.

Ros is a midwife and masseuse, specialising in pregnancy postnatal and Baby massage both have a passion for supporting families.

Crystal Palace has excellent transport links. Spinach is a short walk from both Crystal Palace and Gipsy Hill train station. Crystal Palace bus garage is only minutes away.
There is also 3 hours free parking in Sainsbury’s round the corner on Westow street.
As you enter the café, to your right (next to the food counter), there is a door marked "GARDEN", head through this door. To the right there is space for pram parking at the top of the stairs for you to leave the buggy (please DO NOT leave valuables here), and then go left down the stairs to find us.
This is a peer support group with the space & freedom to connect to other mums, & with access to professionals with the knowledge and experience to support your feeding journey & learn feeding and massage tips for you & your baby.
