MOTHERS UNCOVERED

If you’ve become a mum or been looking after young children in the last couple of years your anxiety levels may well have increased and you might feel that coming to a group with new people is overwhelming. Rest assured others may be feeling that and our groups are very welcoming places – our mothers leading them are all past participants who understand how you feel. We will speak to everyone individually before the group starts to answer any questions.

Taking place in Moulsecoomb Children’s Centre on the following dates – 19th, 26th Sept, 3rd, 10th, 17th October from 11am – 1pm. This group is FREE!
Our peer supporters lead group discussions and arts and crafts activities to help you reflect and explore your experiences.
The group is for mothers of ANY AGE children.
Pre-walking babies welcome in the group.
