Description
All exercises are specifically designed for post natal mothers with a mixture of cardio, bodyweight and resistance equipment ensuring each session is different. You can guarantee a full body workout with EVERY workout. The sessions will be aimed at areas of the body that are effected both during and after pregnancy helping to improve your posture as well as your fitness and strength.
As well as a full body workout you will relieve stress, lift your mood and make new friends. Get tips on exercise, nutrition and babies.
