Description
Join us at Movement Collective for Mat Classes with Baby. This class is specifically designed for postnatal recovery, and new parents who require a slower paced class for thoughtful, specific movement practice. Everyone is welcome to bring their babies! Maximum of 6 students, you will get lots attention and support from your teacher. Students will understand how to move their bodies, learn foundational Pilates movements and work to perfect the basics. Move at a gentle, sustainable pace - you'll be offered various adaptations to suit your needs and meet your body where it is on that day. The class improves: - mobility - strength - balance - confidence & joy - all while bonding with your baby!
