Workout, meet mums and bring your baby! Our small group course are a great way to improve your fitness around your little one, whilst expanding your mama tribe. Each course starts with a consultation and group meet-up. Where we chat to you one-to-one about your goals and any specific things you may want to work on.
Each session is limited to eight clients working with one personal trainer and one class instructor who assists and helps with baby entertaining!
We use a combination of weights, TRX, resistance bands, bodyweight and cardio equipment to improve posture, strength, mobility, pelvic floor and core function.
The format of this class enables both moving and non-moving babies to join. We have a large baby playpen and plenty of space to accommodate non movers, toys, snacks, blankets, buggies and car seats should you wish to bring them.

Beth (@built.by.beth) is a personal trainer specialising in women's fitness and pre and postnatal training. She has trained in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism which focuses on training women from those that want to be strong for their kids to professional athletes.
She set up Moving Mamas (@movingmamasbrighton) with Lydia after both being pregnant and realising there was a huge range of varied and unhelpful advice about moving in pregnancy and postpartum. Moving Mamas believe every woman is different - their goals, pregnancy, birth and experiences and we focus on making training that works for the individual in both personal training and small group settings.
