MUDDY BOOTS OUTDOOR CLUB

A special event held at our Forest School site.

Activities include the usual forest school activities plus seasonal ones for example:

Bonfire Night - hot dogs and sparklers

Christmas - festive activities

Easter - an Easter hunt and hot cross buns included

Make sure you are dressed for the weather. Fancy dress is not advised as the costumes don’t agree with the fire! Site can get very muddy through the winter months so wellies needed for all! There is no indoor space.

Thank you for booking on to our session. We will have lots of activities set out for you. A fire is always going at forest school so children must be supervised at all times. This is a free flow session although there will be a member of staff manning the fire and tea/coffee station.

Please make sure you park on Southborough Lane as the BYMT have parking restrictions in place.

Dress for the weather! It can get very muddy during the winter months so everyone including adults needs wellies or boots. Slings for babies is advised.

Toilets are round the back of the school hall and there are no baby changing facilities available.

To get to the forest school site, walk into the school staff car park and through the green gates. Then turn right and you’ll see a gap in the hedgerow. Someone will be on the gate for 15 minutes to greet you. If you are running late (as we often do with young people in tow) just follow the directions and you should find us and let us know you have arrived.
