Mum’s Night Off (MNO) was created to give mums the break they deserve — a space to relax, reconnect, and rediscover who they are beyond motherhood. Every session is designed to remind you that you are more than the daily routine, the endless to-do lists, and the constant demands of being “mum.” MNO is your weekly opportunity to press pause, breathe, and focus on you.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming and isolating. Many mums lose touch with the person they were before having children — their passions, their confidence, even their sense of identity. MNO helps bridge that gap. Each week combines gentle self-reflection, practical tools for self-care and confidence, and meaningful discussions with other like-minded mums who truly get it. You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, seen, and supported.
The sessions are relaxed and welcoming — no pressure, no judgment, just honest conversation, laughter, and time for yourself. Expect refreshments, reflection activities, creativity and a warm, inclusive environment where you can be real about the highs and lows of motherhood.
