MUMA NURTURE

The focus of this group is you the parent/carer and your need to connect with others, share your real experience, converse with an adult, just get out of the house, whatever it is, in a friendly, accepting, safe space for babies and toddlers to play.

There is always a counsellor present if you feel like you want to speak to one or would like to find out more about how our counselling and support works.

The group is open to all parents / carers that want to attend and is particularly welcoming of those affected by infertility, baby loss and perinatal mental health.

Every Friday 0930-11 during term time.

you can walk straight into the building, just open the wooden front door if it is closed.
The group is in room to your right.
If you have brought a pram please leave it in the office to your left.
You will go through 2 more doors to get to the group, please remove shoes and leave outside 2nd door.
Keeping shoes and prams off the studio floor makes it clean and safe for crawling babies.
Our studio is a small space and therefore we are currently limited to 10 families, however we do have a much bigger venue lined up if and when the class is consistently full or overbooked.
Whilst we are in the smaller space, please be mindful of other attendees and ages and stages. We know toddlers can seem scary around your small baby . . .and your baby will become one, so please lets all be kind and accepting of each other and our equal value as humans.
