Description

Yoga tailored to promote post-natal recovers, focusing on pelvic floors, glutes & abs. Babies are free to join or allow them to socialise on the mat and play around with all sensory goodies around the room. This class is aimed to allow all mums 1hr to work on their mental and physical health, whilst relieving the mum guilt as your little ones can join in with our yoga,breathwork & meditaion.
