This is’nt a baby class - this is a space for mothers to connect to their creativity, calmness, other mums and fill up your cup.’’

Mums Art Club ~ is a space for you to connect to your creativity, through simple and beautiful art sessions led in person and online by artist Laura Gee.

This is about playing, relaxing and not perfectionism, no experience required whatsoever.

Making and creating art that is theraputic, calms our nervous system, gives us energy and allows us to have more energy for our little one(s)

This is what you can expect from a session -

• a space for mothers to connect
• art activities are guided by professional artist Laura Gee (& mum of 2)
• grounding, beautiful theraputic art excercises to beat perfectionsim
• space for your babes to roll and play
• if you need to stand and rock your baby to sleep we have clipboards you can create whilst doing it
• art and affirmation prompts to talk away
• journal/sketchbook
• themed sessions - each focusing on slow processes, using your hands, natural form, and motherhood

This is a class for the mums, but the babes love it too.

We also have mum only sessions (no kids) where mums can connect to themselves and each other. We collaborate with aligned spaces, focusing on well being, creativity , community and also for themed evening events we collaborate with independant local buisneses.

Join for a different themed creative session , happening bi weekly at the Quaker House, these are mum and baby sessions ( up to 12 months or once a confidently walking)

JAN 21st - Painting from the heart -
Intuitive abstract expressive panting, non toxic so paint baby can also add their mark if they want to.
Painting/ watercolour / prompts / journal / paint on canvas board

FEB 4th - pressed flower keepsake - create a beautiful artwork/ keepsake Your babies initial, foot prints.

HALF TERM - choose
FEB 14- valentines - mums/ baby
FEB 18th mummy & me session( if you have a 4yr+)

FEB 25th - Floral bouquet watercolour Painting.
Painting beautiful flowers using watercolour techniques

Notes -
- There is pram access, please go to the gate next to the main entrance and enter through the garden room . Prams can be left outside or if there is wet weather you may leave your pram in the foyer.

If baby is asleep there is room in the garden room for sleeping babies in their pram.
