Being a mum is life changing. It can also be tiring, stressful, frustrating, overwhelming and lonely.
MumSpace is a 6-week talking group that gives mums the space to feel heard and supported.
It is for mums with children of any age. If you have a baby, you can bring them along.
It runs on Thursdays from 12-1.15 at Moon Women’s Health in NW5.
There’s easy buggy accesses is on the ground floor and you can bring your baby to this supportive talking group.
